Because all items are unique and produced only once ordered, we cannot accept returns and exchanges if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, ButterflyTigress offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. Please get in touch with our team as soon as possible.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
